Visual Journal - Key Moments

VISUAL JOURNAL

• I found the visual journal to be a key part of my investigation into Angela Carter as an author and person. i was able to explore visually the way that her writing and personna makes me feel. 
• I really enjoyed having the ability to create roughs for briefs and create imagery and drawings based on the viscerol feelings that Carter's work gives me that I have discussed so much throughout my blog.
• I found it really helpful to work on tracing paper alot and through moving the drawings over the top of others, I was able to work out compositions and layouts before embarking on the roughing process.
