I have started to experiment with adding marks and tones on photoshop. I really want to make this a consistent theme throughout my book and by adding elements of cut paper, and small marks I feel that I will be able to do this successfully.
I looked at adding a shadow to my drawings to reinforce the fact that they were cut out and hand made but i think this actually did the opposite and made it look even more digital than before. I am trying to keep it looking as traditionally made as possible.
